Where the best work is done

Where do you go when you want to get work done? If you work in an office the last place you mention would be the office, right? That's because offices these days are interruption containers. And if you would mention the office you would also say something along the lines of "early before anyone else is there" or "on the weekend". The classic office is broken.

People are different and therefore people perform at their best in very different environments. Some like the loud and busy feeling of a coffeeshop and other like the tranquil feeling at home or outside in the shade of a tree. And we, as a company, want people to not only perform their best but to be their best. So why not let people do the work from the place where they are their best?

Another benefit with this approach is that you don't have te rely on finding just the best people in the city where your office or offices are located. You can find the best people everywhere and, again, let them be their best selfs.
